Looks like 9 days max after PBS, please tell me I’m wrong.
How is this “industry leading vacation?” |

How is this “industry leading vacation?” Their is a chart, but would be a great road show question for them to explain |
You can now bid and be awarded relief lines during months with vacation, but the company can assign you duty during your vacation....

even if you selected 36 hrs for your wk of vacation you could end up with 4day trips on both sides of the week(minus the 2 extra days), so sure lots of days off, but if your seniority cant hold the 4 days off both sides you are at 9 off in a row

If I was a junior CA with line bidding, and I have 7 days of vacation, how do I get 20 days off in a row? Same way you do it with PBS. You aren't senior to hold it so you swap and drop. Like line bidding, if you are senior to hold it, you get it |

And then you would drop the days if they are green. ..or use float vacation request to drop a trip..or swap once IOT and DOT open...etc

It looks like you only get 2 days off in addition to your vacation? Is this correct for a total of 7, 9 or 11 days off in a row max? Keep in mind PBS probably has a minimum number of hours you need to be awarded so you will not be able to get 2 weeks or more off in a row. Unless I am missing something that PBS will allow for Spirit that it did not for the last airline I worked with PBS.
2nd point - I saw nothing or missed the part in the TA that covers minimum days/hours worked?? When dropping with red and green is there a threshold you can not go below or is the same as now that you can drop as much as red/green allows? |

Not with the PBS I am familiar with. There was a limit of around 60 hours you must work each month so you can not drop below the company designated limit! Therefore no long vacations or dropping your trips below the minimum and rebuilding more favorable schedules? If this information is out there please share.

The chart in the PBS video was titled "Consecutive Days" IIRC. So, sounds like you will still be able to line up 22 days off in a row. Mr. White |
