Personally leaves of absence gets health insurance for 60 days instead of current 90. They say this is industry standard. Where is the industry standard pay scale or industry standard block or better per leg or industry standard profit sharing?

Ya know I thought so too but I can’t seem to find it in the current contract. The paragraph it’s mentioned in the ta is a change and it’s mentioned as a change in the video as well. But like you I swear I had read it somewhere before
