I completely agree. It’s also not covered in the contract so they really don’t owe any of us anything in regards to pass travel. Sad, but true. No one in Miramar seems to know how to do anything simple. I’d say call your cheif pilot and status rep since you’re getting nowhere on your own. Cheif pilot should be able to get it handled.

Contact your rep, not a bunch of dudes on APC then.

I was responding to the op with my experience. Had no expectations of “dudes on APC” solving my problem. If that were the case I would have posted this a month ago.

I completely agree Squawk. My intent wasn't to let them get away anything.

Received a phone call today from someone at Spirit and they’ve got everything squared away. Just giving credit where credit is due.
