Meanwhile on crewtrac
Meanwhile, for the umpteenth day this year on crewtrac...
Maybe we need a separate LOA to ditch SABRE since they can't keep the database up for more than a few days at a time. Competence - not their thing.

Spiritlink has almost zero detail on what went into pay calculation. crewtrac pay report shows the detail for every single day, where every sick day, every vacation day, every block and credit hour came from and went to. spiritlink just shows the totals with no back story, impossible to self-audit.
And of course the company fouled it up once already, so anyone not self-auditing, trusting the company instead to get it right, is probably unrealistically optimistic...

Does half this group even know the TA doesn’t pay us block or better leg by leg?

Nope (even though they paid it for the first 6 years of this contract before they fixed the glitch) and the TA didn’t fix it. It’s block or better on a duty period basis. Come in 20 min under on leg one and you have to come in 21 min over block on leg two to get 1 min extra pay (assuming a two leg duty period). It’s a scam.
