Online app issue
When I get to the part in the online app where it asks you to enter your most recent employer I enter my current employer info hit next and I get the same page asking to enter my most recent employer. Wtf? I tried it in chrome and Microsoft edge, should I put my previous employer before my current employer on this page now? Any help?

Just keep putting your current employer in. It’s actually part of the interview and is a test to see if you can deal with Spirit’s IT department.

Its actually looking for a ten year history. I had this issue last week and decided to throw my ten year employment history in there. Once it could look ten years back it moved on to the next segment.
Its not a very well written page. |
This is your first indication of the Career of frustrations you'll endure if employed by Spirit. ;)

Also no luck with the "repeater" page. My first entry takes me back past 10 years. I get the same page after clicking next. I entered the same info on 3 of the pages and then gave up. What's up with this? Anyone have a fix?

Just keep putting the next previous job. Not sure what to do if you run out of jobs.
|
Any previous jobs are not that relevant. Military for 12+ years. Had jobs in school but that is about it.

This is the first step in the interview process. If you throw your computer out the window there is a message that pops up on SF’s computer that says you’re suitable material for hire.
The IT department here, while getting marginally better, has its roots based on MS-DOS and the intern hasn’t been able to find the floppy disk since 1995. All anyone can say is try again. Start from scratch. Sprinkle fairy dust and keep trying. It’s good prep for dealing with crew pay. |
Sent the recruitment team an email Monday about this, no response so far.

I believe they’ll still want at least 10 year history. Not saying that’ll necessarily fix your problem just addressing your counter that they aren’t “relevant”.

Any kid I’d want to hire had a job at 14 anyway |

Fill out every job you have had for the past 10 years starting with your current employer and if there are left over pages simple put N/A until the pages are used up and it allows you to move on with the application. It’s a clunky submission process but this worked for me.

Just copy everything you entered for your delta app, that ought to be more than enough. ;-)
