I've heard a little third hand news, for what it's worth.... Candidates with a decent amount of turbine PIC time seem to be the ones who got offers last week.

If Spirit doesn't call within a couple days you didn't get the job. I was the first hired in my group and was told tell no one. They were offer jobs in the next 24 hrs and and after that the thanks but no thanks emails were going out. Sorry guys. Move on don't worry about it!! :D

What is considered decent? 500+ or more?

When I got called it took 6 days.

id guess more like 1500-2000

When the person interviewing you looks at your DA FORM 759 and states that they have never seen one before....

You know you aren't getting the job :)

I received a call this morning. I was told that they liked my interview I just need more ME time. I was asked to call when I get the time and they will have me back out to interview again. I’m glad to have heard something at least. And to have a phone call instead of a TBNT email is a positive if you ask me. Hopefully in a few months I will be there!
