Live in base. NK and G4 are now both very competitive places to get a CJO from. They offer completely different schedules. NK has the better work rules, compensation, newer fleet and retirement but G4 is a great gig if you like to be home every night. G4 isn’t hiring right now but will likely start running classes sometime between Oct and the end of the year. Both seem to have similar future growth/upgrade projections. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Watch 60 minutes.
Episode came 3 years late. Old news, some accurate, some not, but certainly not current. Not to say there aren't problems like any other airline, but nothing like what was depicted. There are advantages to both choices and I wouldn't limit my search to those 2. Whatever the case, I definitely wouldn't base my decision on a 60 minutes drive-by piece. Lots of new faces in management, Airbus fleet, new contract, etc. Best advise? Do plenty of research and choose carefully; it's a buyers market so there's no reason to settle.
Best of luck with your decision.

News today at Allegiant says we won't be hiring for quite a while. Some junior folks are even worrying about keeping their jobs. Our management seems dead set on self destruction. I say choose an airline can offer you some level of stability. We may never have that as long as this petty and incompetent group is running the show.
