good luck, buddy. It’s a unique interview. Go and have fun. Also, don’t stress if you don’t hear anything by Monday. I didn’t get a call until the following Thursday. That was a tense week.

Good luck all of you! I know this sounds cliche when I say be yourself but it’s true. One of the best things about this place is our pilot group. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and this is by far the best group I’ve been with. Laid back fun all around great group. They don’t hire Dbags...don’t be a Dbag...be yourself relax and have fun... many frosty pints await you at your captains expense...

Yea. Spirit pilots are great. Hiring process emphasizes personality and "fit" for the company and it shows. Management... well, yea. Or nope. But the pilot group is great and I hope the hiring team doesn't inadvertently change that now that the new contract ought to be attracting more experienced pilots who want to stick around.

Theres a few douche bags but I do agree, the rest of the pilot group definitely compensate for the small percentage of douchness of A$$jacks.

It takes twenty-seven people just to compensate for me. Maybe twenty-eight...
