Some other good changes. We did get approval for FOs to do all flying in the right seat for training except for the type they need to taxi and a rejected takeoff from the left.

You probably saw the emails go out looking for instructors. We brought in another 35 I believe. Mostly line check airmen. Another sim in FLL soon, number 10. Looking at another FTD like the one in DFW but for FLL and maybe some other stuff.

EET training (enhanced envelope training) will be starting soon. Will make new hires got to 5 sims and upgrades go to 4. AQP is now in phase 2, don't ask how many phases there are because I don't know but shooting for end of next year.

They will all be modified over the next 6-8 months to have the EET.

I have the schedule somewhere but I think FLL is first, then LAS and then the remaining DFW sims.
