Any changes in training process?

Is it still 4 sims sessions + check ride and still tested on CA + FO flows/callouts? new training program not implemented yet?

Still approx. $1,500/month in training?

Now Mon-Fri with 9-5 hours or something similar. Supposedly new hires will soon go to Indoc and then go home for a few weeks to study systems and flows. A bid was placed before the board for touch screen trainers and more FTD’s. Pay is unchanged.

New hires are now being trained in the right seat. Systems test is gone and I believe they are looking at adding another SIM session.

I built a Hobbycraft kit of the CF-105 once.

Nice that they might improve the program. Not nice potentially being on that god awful training pay any more than necessary

Did they get rid of the Mon-Sat for the first two weeks? It was 6 days for week one for sure but I thought it was 6 days a week for the first two weeks if I remember correctly. It’s better a little while though.

In the virtual job fair of October 26th they said that the new hires get a training package (including the cockpit mockup) 2 months before the first day of training so that you can go ahead on your own and learn the flows and basic stuff.....

this is accurate. You’ll get a folder with some paperwork/ instructions, cockpit posters, and a yellow airplane car freshener.

The paper work has instructions to log in and find the cbts and manuals.

Most value for money has to be the air freshener
