iPad pop up blocker
Flica and other websites use pop ups and my toggle switch is grey and not movable. Google says go to restrictions but that was grey too and after iOS 12 I don’t even see the restrictions tab.
Any help? |

Any help? Currently "Pop ups in Safari not allowed" according to their restrictions. These are the same morons who blocked iPad sync with iTunes, which prevented us from using the iPad to add movies, music, etc... Suggest you email our ALPA IT committee and he is very good in contacting the morons who control the iPad and telling them the effects of their moronic actions. Or download Google chrome or any other non safari browser and it will allow popups because only safari is restricted. See how useless this pop up blocker restriction is? Like I said, morons. |

The morons, yes, they are morons, who control the management of the iPad, have various things blocked on our iPads. They like to go and adjust these items from time to time.

My thoughts exactly. Everything Apple sells is $1000. I love hearing new hires complain about money (rightfully so honestly) but then have the latest iPhone, persona iPad, and Apple Watch. Am I the only one keeping Casio in business?

Just remember, as long as you have an INOP sticker over the camera it's ok to watch Netflix and porn on the company device.... |

The iPad spirit gives us doesn’t work very well for distance learning without having to do multiple emails to training to get credit for what you’ve done. It doesn’t display our manuals properly without having to do some stupid workaround just to read the manuals or reference a procedure. So you’re asking it to display websites properly? I prefer Omega myself. Apple watches are kinda cheap. |
