About the process
First of all thanks for your attention. I want to know if someone can help me with information about the process of been hired. Sim, test, med exams etc. Also I’ve been living abroad working and studying for a while , i have a 4 and a half years degree on international affairs (of course from a foreign university), should this be a problem on their preferences? Do i have a good chance to get hired? Many thanks .

No sim or company medical exam. Just an interview if you can get one. They hire a lot of Avianca guys with similar qualifications so I’m going to say that yes you have a good chance. Especially if you have some internal recommendations.

Glad to hear that, and happy to see that we have other good opportunities out there. After the strike last year we did not get to much at this point ,and all legal front take long time in Colombia. :)
