IOT question.

Sorry for my ignorance but I’ve never seen this before. A lot of the trips in IOT are in grey. What does this mean? I’m still able to click on them. Also I noticed some trips I looked at last night in IOT are not there this morning. Last night they didn’t have anyone assigned to them and when I search for the paring to see what happened, there is now someone assigned to it. Why is this?

That’s what I was thinking at first. But when I went to see what pilot now had it I knew that wasn’t the case. I know for sure this pilot doesn’t have any OE or line check.

Maybe that pilot will be removed from that flight for someone else’s OE?

It’s an OE captain, so they are held for training

Never bid reserve but there’s no way you can drop a day outside of a pairing of reserve in IOT? so only on DOT is that possible just need one day removed...

Correct; reserve days can only be dropped by you in daily open time.
