Anyone that was interviewing last Friday care to PM?

I was there, but wasn’t able to get a copy of everyone’s email and phone numbers. Thanks.

I will save you the hassle...when they call and offer you the job, they usually ask you to not call and notify others in your class, because those who dont get the job, dont get a call.

Not true. It is true that if offered the job they call. If not you get an email, but they certainly didn’t ask my group not to share there excitement if they were offered the job. Don’t know how or why they would want to control that anyway.

I get that people who don’t get a job, don’t get a call. I’m more curious when they are going out. They didn’t say much about it. Do they work weekends and go out the day after or is 3-5 days typical?

I’m current 121 on the Bus. I feel it went well. Just wondering the typical timeline. Thanks

, if you interviewed on Friday you might expect a call on Thursday or Friday of the following week. Good luck!

Those are questions you really should ask during an interview. It makes it look like you're interested in the job. Emails were sent out that's how folks knew they didn't get the job. Who knows now?? The pipeline is loaded. Funny how bumping up the pay changes everything.

I dunno... I got hired over a year before the contract went final and everyone in my interview group and new hire class was very happy to be there. Mgt went full-on stupid and irresponsible the next May and almost wrecked the company whiletrying to bust the union so I quit and moved on, but Spirit never quite reached the heights of idiocy that the F9 pilots are having to put up with. Working at Spirit is "legit" I think even though I personally distrusted Mgt enough to quit, and that was true even before the contract.

We get it... you distrust Spirit management and left Spirit because Southwest is better for you. That’s great and we all wish you well. But why do you keep lurking on these threads that have nothing to do with you?
