Talent Acquisition contact

Anyone know how to contact talent acquisition? Received an email saying my resume was reviewed, but needed to complete my application to receive further consideration. My application for the current open window says received, so I don’t know what is going on.
Thanks

Maybe reply to the email?

It was a NoReply TA email address, so don’t think that’ll work.

Gotcha. Wish I could help but I’m not sure.

I think there is an email address on the Spirit Careers Facebook page, as well. I'm not sure if it's still active.

You may be pending the gallup assessment email and completion to "complete your application," but that's pure speculation.

I’ll give it a try. Thanks.

I’m in the same boat. I received the same email, also have a current app on file, but when I opened it for review all of my work history was missing. I added it back and am playing the waiting game now. Maybe an issue with the transition to icims?

I got the same e-mail last week. I am not sure why either as my app shows it was received. I replied to the e-mail. We will see if it works. If you get any more intel let us know. Thanks

Do any of you remember how long it was after you submitted your application that you got the email for the assessment?

Gallup

Does anyone know how long we have to wait to take the Gallup test between applications?

Mister 01-23-2019 08:18 AM

Gallup is suppossed to be good for 1 year

Gallup test

Does any one happen to know when to expect any further contact after completing the Gallup assessment?

Got the same email, as well as a few other ppl I have met. After talking about it, I realized that using their website you can't get past the submit/update resume page. I don't know what advice to give if there isn't some technical contact for their website.

So I would have done same as you and asked for a HR Email if there isn't anyone else to contact.

I see this wasn't answered and I have the same question. Does anyone have any insight?

Pretty sure most airlines don’t publish such information as they’d have a full voicemail and email in 2 minutes and they don’t want pilots hassling the recruiters. It’s frustrating because when technology doesn’t work there is no one to talk to. It’s the world we live in. Ever tried contacting amazon?

So again... the question I'm looking for an answer to is how long after taking the Gallup assessment might one expect to be contacted to advance in the hiring process?

I understand what a Gallup is, but how is it conducted and where does it fall in the application process?

Thanks

It’s sent to you after you apply if you meet their requirements, score well enough on the Gallup and you get a phone interview when can lead to an in person interview.

If you don't score well enough, does anyone bother to send a TBNT email?

I applied last year and took the gallup, but was short on hours. I never got an invite or a TBNT email. Waiting until I can hit a MTC and have the hours to reapply, but no idea if I need to "study" for the Gallup or if I did ok answering everything off the cuff.

I don’t know if you get a TBNT or not. There is really no way to study for the Gallup, just answer consistently and some of the problems are patterns or math type problems you might see on the SAT. It’s not that hard.

If you are invited to take the test and you don't hear anything from Spirit after the test then you didn't pass. If you are invited to take the test you are considered for employment. Radio silence means the game is over more on. If you don't understand my statement then I'd say the test is valid. Thanks for playing.

No, no it doesn't. Keep trying. Go to a meet and greet and you may be successful

Depending on how long. I took the assessment, and didn't hear anything for 2 months before getting a phone interview.
