I was in the July 9 interview and received a job offer by phone yesterday. I actually thought the interview went mediocre-ly for me. I'm still shocked I got it.

Everyone in the interview group was great. I think everyone there deserved the job. All very cool and interesting people.

We discussed September and October. She told me they'd contact me to finalize a class date once they had the availability worked out on their end.

That's correct. I got 2 really soft ball technical questions. Max altitude for flaps on the jet I currently fly, and one question referencing the approach plate for Bogota.

For those who interviewed or went through the process recently, how long before you heard back after you did the Personality Assessment.?

Also, what company would you recommend for interview prep.?

I'd recommend Emerald Coast over AeroCrew, but that's just my personal opinion. I've used both products.
