How does HR or the chiefs determine if you are invited a a meet the chiefs? Do you have to meet certain qualifications or will they let any pilot (even below min qual) go?

I got hired at a MTC in 2017. I’m pretty sure you need to have an application on file. Then you send an email to them showing your interest in a MTC and they will invite you or not. If you’ll notice they only state what city the MTC will be in and the date. When you get the invite they will tell you the particulars. It’s not like a job fair where you just show up. At least that’s the way it was in 2017.

2017 and pre contract 2018 they had mins at an all time low and were hiring on the spot to fill classes. Since then, mins are back up and the company is back to being more “disciplined” when hiring
