Stock price
Stock is taking a bath pre market .. down 12%. absolutely a steal. Buy on the dip. Load up now... the stock just went on sale. Growing company , growing revenue, and cheap stock .. I’m a big time buyer . Down 12% is golden opportunity
|
The depressed after hours price is most likely a result of the highest price seen since April and a lot of people closing their position, definitely a good buying opportunity

I owned Spirit from ~$35-$50. I would not buy at current prices unless willing to hold a long time. There is very little margin of safety in the current price. |
If there’s a growth company that I’d buy on a dip of 12-ish% is Beyond Meat. THAT company has some REAL growth prospects.... Not to mention many cannabis companies.

Don't invest in Airlines rule one! $8 drop on a $54 stock is ~15%. A lot of people took money off the table. Bottom line that's not good and TC will have to explain to the Board why the Company is performing so poorly so quickly after Bob leaves. He better right the ship fast.

Or is there something deeper? I just skimmed.. |
Last time I checked Bob had the stock price in the $30’s for a lengthy period of time.
We’ll recover quickly from this too. Watching the stock market on a day to day basis is a fool’s errand. |

He explained some, didn't he? He thought he could run thin and still perform. He also mentioned he's reversing course and that should help.

I interpreted it the same way. Fact is, he thought he could do better and didn’t.... Singing while playing the guitar might be cool, but it doesn’t deliver a higher stock price. Though, the quarter itself wasn’t bad....

get what ya get with a former regional bean counter....maybe rollin with one guy on reserve on some days in acy and slowing hiring wasn't such a great idea afterall? 🤔 Good for X Y though

The q2 call was, 'We didn't anticipate this and we didn't anticipate that. PS 3 gates opening up in EWR, ac order end of august to early september and we built crappy lines and didnt hire enough people.'

Beyond Meat's market cap just passed Campbell Soup... Campbell Soup: Founded in 1869 23,000 Employees $10.5 billion in Revenue Beyond Meat: Founded in 2009 383 Employees $95 million in Revenue There better be a LOT of growth. And oh, their product isn’t proprietary, and every other meat and/or food company can/will copy it. It’s fun to watch, but I don’t see justification for a $12+bn market cap...that’s a LOT of hope and not a lot of substance at this stage. |

Do you know how to establish the value of a company? Do you realize how insane the valuation of BYND is?
