I logged on a few days later to attach my newly professionally reviewed resumè and to update flight times. The app was back up, however the status was changed from "awaiting results of Gallup" back to "under review." The status has not changed since that day in August.
What gives?

Personally I always reapplied whenever there was a new requisition number. And I updated my flight times under the applicant dashboard frequently. Big emphasis on going to a MTC event or other job fair. NGPA is coming up next month followed by WAI in March. We should have recruiters at both.
