"Under Review" - (Gallup taken)
 

App is under review in ICIMS. Gallup has been taken about 1 month ago.

How do I know if I failed/passed Gallup ? Anything we can do to get things moving ?

Yep. I’m in the same boat. Even went to the Dec Meet the Chiefs event.

I had 5 weeks between putting in my app and going to a MTC event. Then it was another 6 weeks before I got a call. So 11 weeks between applying (I took the Gallup the same day I applied) and getting a phone interview.

Emailed the Meet the Chiefs email address, crickets.

Normal. You'll get sent in invite when they make the next event.

Did you attach your resume and have your app in? I've heard some people don't get the call if their email is "Hey, can I go to MTC" and that's it.

I emailed asking to go to 2 MTC events, and got a reply back within 24 hours of each (one yes, the other was full already).

App is in, Gallup complete (Passed ? unknown). App says "under review"

Resume attached to app, not the email. Maybe I will do that.

App has been in, resume updated, same spot as you showing under review since September. 2 internal recs.
Spoken with several that have submitted, and invited for interview all within a 3 week window. No rhyme or reason. I think I have too many hours and types. They wont know how tired I am if they dont interview.....

I was sent the Gallup in August after they received an internal rec. After taking it, I updated the app to reflect my recent upgrade. After saving and returning to the Dashboard, the app was gone.

I logged on a few days later to attach my newly professionally reviewed resumè and to update flight times. The app was back up, however the status was changed from "awaiting results of Gallup" back to "under review." The status has not changed since that day in August.

What gives?
