Spirit Interview Gouge
Passed the phone interview and on to the panel. Anyone go through lately that could answer the following: psych test? written test? any test prep you used? did Jeffrey Epstein kill himself? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

How long between Gallup taken and the phone interview ?

I just interviewed, and subsequently was offered a position, a few weeks ago. AviationInterviews was spot on.
The entire day is playing games with a quick, 15min interview between games. Be your self, be able to explain any question asked on AviationInterviews, and read the Jeppesen's Intro to Navigation Charts. I'd say 75% of it is about your personality, and only 25% technical. I heard some other applicants were asked a few limitations on their current aircraft; landing weights, memory items etc. Mine were all approach chart questions.
While the interview was "simple," you still have to perform. They ask somewhat easy questions, but expect you to crush it. If you fumble "Why Spirit" or "you live in XYZ, why not fly for ABC," then you won't get the call.
I think people underestimate the interview, and HR has caught on to this. The questions might be underhand lobs compared to the legacies, but you better home run every one.

As he said, they池e always watching. You値l play games, get to know each other, and they値l call you out one by one to do the panel. I was one of the ones that got limitations of my current aircraft and brief an ILS given these parameters (Wx and lightning configuration of the airport).
I think they ask why Spirit in 3 or 4 different ways so def know that. My current employer has a flow to AA so I had to explain why I知 not trying to get to AA.
Good luck!

Slightly off topic, but is 3000 hours a hard requirement?
I知 coming up on 2700... 3000 would be another year, maybe less.
FWIW- I have three types, turboprop and 135 jet PIC, currently a 121 FO (cargo). I know my resume and experience is competitive, just unsure about the 3k time requirement.
Thanks in advance...

It痴 not a hard requirement. I heard of a few guys getting on with less then 3,000 hours. Apply, worse that can happen is they say re apply in 6 months.

Hey folks, just to tag on to what the post above asked, I知 over 3,000TT with a couple types and 1400 121 time.
No 121 busts, no retrains, no investigations no discipline.
Four year degree. Volunteer experience etc.
Basically the same as everyone else.
Currently finishing my upgrade at a regional.
Should I wait to apply until I have some solid TPIC or could I possibly get considered as it stands??
I just don稚 want to cast my line prematurely and get told TBNT, when Spirit really is my end game goal.
Thanks!
