Any greys still exist??
 

Saw that 528 was painted, are there any grey birds still floating around? I love telling my FOs that it’s our retro livery....

All the grays have been painted. Whites are in the process of disappearing now.

Awww... Kind of sad, like the loss of the jalopies 587&588....

I believe “Skittles” is the preferred term...

Thankfully I was able to see a FrankenSpirit with the yellow, grey and white paint on one plane.

Had a yellow Spirit plane where the emergency slide panels were Frontier green/blue panels. Wonder which hangar the maintenance guys pulled those panels from.

They could have been from AK. I’ve seen a few AK and F9 buses with yellow emergency slide covers.

A few, they have employee numbers that start with a “5”

The grey birds were starting to look a little rough up close. The paint by the wing roots looked like Antonio Brown's feet.

HA! And they need to retire so I can move up....:D

I was hoping they would keep one gray and one white around as retro liveries. Guess that’s not happening.

Just had an old 19 with ADIRU 2 deferred. that was fun.

Those old silver birds had so much paint on them when we re-painted them they needed a W/B redone. Plus that was REAL paint!! I think all the 319's have been painted yellow. We've been painting them over in Peru IN. Turn time was 8 days!!!

Just saw 627 this morning and I think 631 both white still

627-640 are all still white.

The "Rainbow" aircraft I'd say have a few more years left on those paint jobs. It still looks good when you compare it to those old 319's.
