I bought these pants at the recommendation of a couple of posts here. I have absolutely no idea what anybody sees in these pants. They might actually be worse than the free stuff the company gives us. The material is paperthin, the pants look like you slept in them after only a couple hours of wear, and the material is as smooth and soft as burlap on your skin. These are a miserable, horrible, extremely poor excuse for a uniform pant. I can’t believe that anybody here could possibly recommend these. These are quite possibly the worst pants ever made. ACA, M&H, or JCPenny would be a far, far better option. Buyer beware.

have not been able to find these in the store. What is the pants style name? Sky captain blue is the color correct. All I found in store for CK were cheap 88% polyester and the rest ryon/spandex. No wool blends

The grey collars they stitch on the aca shirts these days are garbage. It was a helluva run, but they have lost me as a customer until they go back to the old style collars. Too bad as I really like the tropo fabric.

I remember like 10 years ago, the collar padding was thick, felt good on the neck. And you're correct, its essentially nonexistent now, it doesnt feel anywhere close to what it was at one time. No secret that the ACA quality has gone down over the years as they outsource to Asia. Ironically they have been growing incredibly fast over these same years; goes to show that your product can be mediocre and still be successful because of a lack of better options.

Jetseam seems to be copying the ACA formula, from the neck pads, down to the $9 shipping. Part of me wonders if its even a different company or just ACA with another brand, trying to offer a solution for those who have grown disgruntled with ACA.

edit: found some better CK suit pieces that do come on sky captain blue but my store didn’t have the color. I tried on a few pairs to get a gauge on size and maybe order online. I think this is them. Although the ones in the store had a wool blend on the tag and it doesn’t show that in this description.

https://www.macys.com/shop/product/c...nts?ID=4847765

these pants only come in “slim” which was not a bad cut if I was wearing it normally but I enjoy a little more room for pilot pants but not the old man parachute pants we’re issued. These also come in skinny “skinny” which look absolutely ridiculous and men that wear this cut may as well just grab their wife’s yoga pants instead.

I might order a pair of the slim online and see how it goes. I’d like to find something in this sky captain color that’s more of a classic fit but not baggy with a zipper that goes halfway to our knee like these terrible uniform pants.

i have wondered this as well. Their website layout is nearly identical as well. Especially the order pages.

Tried their undershirts and returned them. For the price I expected something better. In the end, feels like Hanes workout performance shirts, but more expensive.

Love to read some more opinions of the JS shirts. My ACA shirts are getting a little worn. Doesn't seem there are any other good alternatives. I just donated my company Van Heusens to the new hires. Until I fully cultivate the Homer Simpson waist, there is no military tuck on Earth sufficient enough to make those things presentable. And even if they fit you, the shoulder straps are 4 times longer than a normal epaulet.

The ACA pants are nice though. They are the closest looking to the company pants I could find, without the MC Hammer sizing issue. My only complaint is the built in rubber diapers in the thighs, but you get used to them.

The stretch waist on the Haggar pants from Sears are tempting. Especially after a few Vegas layovers and dinner at Ellis Island. But they are way too shiny, as a certain member has preached numerous times.

I don't disagree with him, but he preaches about wool pants like Bruce Dickinson preached about Cowbell.
