(f) Each pilot in command that pulls sh*t with the second in command just because they can will be given a nickname and added to the list. The pilot in command will act like they don't care but will always wonder why they keep flying with new hire reserves.

Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that's vulnerable to the slightest criticism.
So, every mid rank officer in the US military, and a few high rank ones.

I may have missed yet another change to how we operate the airplanes though.

The airplanes are noisy and fatiguing. Lots of missed calls even with the loud speaker blaring which further compounds the problem. TOPLESS!! is the dumbest thing done here but its an easy fix. Simply state that'll you'll wear your headset up until 'X' and if the other decides to go TOPLESS then to please speak up.
I will add that more and more pilots are showing up with active noise cancelling headsets.

I hate the ship headsets but I don’t want to buy a fancy set or wear one the entire flight. I have no problem hearing radio calls on the speaker. Most missed radio calls happen when folks are running their mouths. If people would just shut up and enjoy the view they would hear the radio just fine. This plane is not loud.

All I need is to lug around another piece of crap on the road... forget it!

As far as ship headsets, definitely my least favorite part of Spirit. Can't hear much on them. Sometimes even with the volume maxed out. But hey, need to have something to complain about.

Couldn't find it in the thread so thought I'd revisit the subject.
Seems like headsets are pretty much off at FL180 here. That being said, is a TSO headset required? Will it be required during sims?
