Historically June, July, August are strong months for travel. Not sure if we can make a conclusion yet.

For us, they’ve said that they are basing our fall staffing numbers on how strong July is. So, it is relevant.

Keep in mind the numbers can only climb so high until flights are added.

Also, we don’t know what these fares are being sold for. $17? $20? $50? Yields matter.

Add $55 on average to each and its palatable to keep the business running.

I finally got to fly the other day, full 319 + sixty something bags. Not bad I’d say.

They are not looking at fall for the staffing, its for spring/summer of 2021. If the decision is a smaller airline is whats needed for survival. Its because, they believe the demand wont return before than. Thats what July/August will be useful for in determining, and a good glimpse into the recovery.

Unload any of your position at all?? The only criticism I can give on this trade is you should have bought in tranches to lower your overall basis. Still, nicely done so far. “Be greedy when others are fearful....”
