I miss the good old WALL debates. Things were so much simpler then

It's not difficult to do the math and compare revenue with a 100% schedule at 85% load with normal fares vs a 80% schedule with 50% loads at 50% discounted fares. SAVE was way overbought. The good news is it's about to be way oversold again for the gamblers. I didn't have the guts to buy puts last week. Think Im dabbling in energy pennies next.

Legged in again at 17 and at the close around 16. Allegiant sent a memo to employees that furloughs are off the table! Apparently the mgmt thinks they need people going forward!? Hmmm. I would think that they see something in the reservation system that gives them pause! Pretty sure it is the same for you guys!

Mgmt has firmly said they don’t know and everything is an option now. Loads will tell all in July....if they’re decent everyone will be okay. If there are still sub 50% load factors then I don’t see how they keep everyone.

Lots of ex Comair types at Spirit! Good luck to everyone!

Amazing how many people confuse Spirit Airlines (SAVE) for Spirit AeroSystems (SPR). Still, SPR came to being in 2005, not 1927.

LOL :D

This was for a SAVE article under comments:

I had fun showing pictures I took on a bike ride during a SEA overnight of 737 Max fuselages on railcars that said "Spirit."
No one bought it, but it was still funny to me.
