Care to share the text of the job post? What more specific questions might you have?

This for a ground instructor job? Don’t know much about it other than if you do a really good job then they’ll most likely put you in an FO class after a couple years (if you have 1500hrs). Not a bad way to bypass the regionals, assuming you can pass a 320 type ride with limited experience.

Pretty sure the FO gig is guaranteed after the requisite flight time and years in ground instruction, if you don't get fired in the process.

Any update on the Flight Ops Instructor (FOI) program. I put my name in the hat a few days ago. Wanted to see if anyone has interacted or has gone through the program and into the right seat. Sounds like a great program for someone trying to bypass the regionals. Hows are the schedules, pay, do you get the type before you start teaching indoc? How successful are people in going into the right seat? Thank you to anyone who has insight into this program.

I know they just got done hiring/training a few, so who knows, maybe the demand is lower right now.

It’s a great program for the right people.
Pay is somewhere in the range of $50-60k. Type prior to teaching. The program is successful and the instructors seem to do well.
