Military Recruiter
 
Do we have a Military Recruiter at NK? Apparently there is an FO telling folks that he is a Military Recruiter for Spirit and that he can get them hired without the required minimums.

and we dont recruit...we have thousands of apps in the system

Hope not. My favorite thing about this place is the lack of military pilots, DAL can have them.

one of the things I like about Spirit pilots is everyone’s diverse background...Regionals, Military, Corporate, Cargo, foreign airline, and Hot Air Balloon pilots.

I was in the military but wasn't a military pilot. Do you and I still need to fight?

I’ve met a lot of ex-military here. . lots of diverse non pilot ex military guys here Every ex military ive flown with has been super chill.

though, the one or two well known ex military that are on the FO no fly list in the chat groups were pilots/aviators in the military.

I’ve noticed the conversation usually goes:

”oh you flew in the military?”

yeah

”that’s cool”

yep

And that’s where it ends. There’s only two guys I flew with that took it further than that and only one of those guys spent four days telling me about how he’ll never get over Macho Grande.

Every former military pilot I've flown with at Spirit has been chill and a pleasure to spend four days flying with...Minus one well known exception- and I'm pretty sure his military background is not the problem.
