Problem with boarding passes and pre check
 

Trying to make a reservation for an immediate family member. Every time I check in it will not display the boarding pass for printing on Spirit.com

When I use the mobile app it will show the boating card with the bar code but does not have the pre check symbol.

Ive checked and double checked all the numbers are correct and the precheck doesn’t expire for two more years. Name matches etc. Never had an issue before. Just don’t want them to get stuck waiting in the long line.

Anyone else having an issue?

You don’t always get precheck if you have precheck

sorry I have no idea. You can email the non-rev department. They seem pretty good at helping me out.

Cancel and rebook the listing. You don’t always get precheck

Pretty sure you are supposed too if you entered a KCM number.

This happened to my domestic partner recently in FLL. Entered her known traveler number and it would show precheck. FLL TSA just let her through pre check anyways...

I cancelled and rebooked a bunch. Tried booking one for myself and same problem. She printed one from the airport kiosk and it had the precheck emblem on it. Thank goodness for her. That regular line is pure hell
