something about A330’s to Hawaii, Alaska, and Europe. And an episode of Undercover Boss with Ted is supposed to air in a month.

lol okay pretty much what we already know, hiring 400+ this year. Supposed to be hiring more next year. AQP is starting up, they are paying ground crew more to attract talent.

they are talking with regionals about a pipeline program, and even universities. They didn’t say how serious it was though.

Isn't there still a 3,000 TT requirement to apply? Why not just drop that and consider more regional FOs?

Why? Why lower mins? 3000 isn’t a lot by any stretch, we have a stack of apps on file.

They’re looking ahead for when mass retirements start at legacies. Currently, they have thousands of apps in the hopper.

we are getting the A319neos just got sure when. They did say we have a lot of A319ceo back from the desert and all will be back soon. I don’t remember the exact number.

My statement/question was in reference to the potential programs with University flight schools. If they are talking about bringing on new hires straight from college obviously your minimums would be lowering.....

I’m willing to bet any university pipeline program will be through a regional after the university.

From the notes sent to me, looks like they want to de-leverage once consistently profitable (2022??), so don't expect any quick raises... Not that C2018 was quick by any stretch of the imagination....

Fine by me...I dont think anyone is expecting anything to happen "quick." I want the books clean and the company profitable. Everything takes time, we all should realize that.
