Street hires?
 

Hello Spirit Aviators!

So I have a quick question. Does Spirit recruit new hires directly out of college aviation programs or places places like ATP who are CFI’s, or is F9 the only one doing this?

Not yet. They have hinted that they might start soon though.

So far the only way to get in is to get put on as a ground instructor, then they'll move you on to an FO position after a few years if you don't get yourself fired.
