Vaccine for new hires?
Haven’t found any discussion on the forums about it, so would appreciate the latest scoop…..feel free to chastise or insult me if you want, since that’s the typical discourse method on this platform with many questions asked, but at least fire the answer at me (and/or any insight you care to share) in the process…..thanks folks!

Nope, it is limbo until the SCOTUS makes their ruling. The SCOTUS is signalling it may block the mandate which means the mandate is dead at Spirit and there will be no testing requirement either if and when the mandate is blocked. |
