Potential new hire here. Just wondering, what are the travel benefits like at Spirit? Obviously nothing compared to a legacy, but a couple questions:

- buddy passes? How much do they cost usually?
- travel companion in lieu of spouse?
- do travel companions get ZED on any airlines? I know B6 and HA are usually friendly to companions
- any good ZED agreements? (I know no legacies)

He’ll make less than any regional his first year, including poverty level wages for a quarter. At least let the man try to travel for cheap.

For sure. Im not suggesting we spend any negotiating capital on travel benefits. Im just curious what they are since I’ll likely be starting soon and I’m curious what I and whatever companion I add will be able to do with them 🤷‍♂️

Spirit benefits and buddy pass is pretty good, because we get a lot of no shows and you can get on almost any flight.

Don’t come here for the zeds, we don’t have AA/DAL/UAL. Other then that we do have buddy passes but I’ve never used them.
