AIP Poll

Spirit TA Yes/No poll.

It’s not an AIP….

W6TRP 12-09-2022 03:58 PM

No. $1500 a month for new hires, no medical insurance for 90 days, leg pay and red eye pay doesn’t start at DOS, it’s a joke of a TA.

No. Worth more than this piece of trash the negotiating committee put out there.

Kind of brings back memories of 2018 with the "rage" and the eventual 75% pass.

Lobaeux 12-09-2022 05:34 PM

Sounds like a lot of outrage over the fact that Spirit reminded us we’re an ULCC… it’ll pass by 75-80%.

DART your MEC and let them know how you feel. Let's not let it go to vote.

Thats not how it works. They approved the AIP to allow the pilots to decide. They believe it is worth sending to the pilots to decide. Like it, hate it, its up to the pilots to decide. Squashing a vote because you are afraid it gets voted in, thats insane.

If its junk, the pilots will vote it down. If the majority want it, thats what happens when you are in an industry where contracts are COLLECTIVELY bargained.
