LEC 18 Rep Votes Yes for TA but leaving 4 DAL
 

Unbelievable! DW the FO Rep for 18 has a class date in January for Delta. Not only did he vote yes to send this to the pilot group, he also has been selling this Sh!t TA it in all the various Pilot chats. Dude is voting with his feet one way while selling his pilot group down the low cost River the other way. He needs to step down immedietely. If not, he needs to be recalled on his way out the door. One more example of our failed SPA Leadership! Glad I have a foot out the door myself. See you in class DW!

Many of us on here are not leaving, so others do care. DW should step down, and if he doesn't, Union should put out a statement about this. Tainting the voting process around here with an already sh|tty TA.

Because he is a rep, and his vote with his feet contracdicts the vote he took with the TA. He should have proxied his vote. He no longer can represent his pilots well if he has one foot already out the door to Delta.

If anything, a Delta pilot would want a better deal for us, because it strengthens their position. Anyways, your scenario is made up. The reality is that he’s a seniority list pilot and hasn’t left the company yet. Something could fall through and he could stay. He has every reason to make this place better on his way out.

it’s improper to be voting on a TA for the future of this pilot group if youve got one foot out the door. Pilots vote with their feet and it’s telling that a rep, who was also privy to inside info that the rest of us weren’t, decided to leave rather than build our legacy here.

So had he been the single MEC guy to vote against it, do you think that would have changed the 69-31 outcome?

Cool story, so if he abstained, it still goes to the pilot group and passes at 69%. Nothing changes, can’t blame the passing of the TA on him, he isn’t a scapegoat
