Sleeves are already pretty long on these things. Unless you are some overly lengthly guy, I think the regular arms will be fine, not even sure they make a long

So my bad. It’s actually a medium “tall” that I’m looking for, not a medium long. I’m 6’0” and about 180. The regular is a bit short for me. Thanks!!

6’3 here with long arms, I have to roll my sleeves up at the cuff. Plenty long can confirm.

Long is an extra inch or so in length, not arms. As long as you’re not over 6’4” I’d think the regular would be fine
