Should we be concerned?
 

i’m thinking this lawsuit will get dismissed as it’s the department of justice that handles this and not the federal circuit court.

however the judge assigned to this case has a reputation of letting frivolous lawsuits go forward.

If you look you’ll see basically the same lawsuit filed with Alaska-Virgin and it was settled. I’m guessing that’s how this one will go. It’s always the same type of lawyers and clients just trying to make some money off of it.

Not really worried. The one good thing about how badly this company is being run is that it’s easy to show that spirit won’t survive unless JB buys us.

And the fact I don’t think JBLU even considers the sweetener or $470m if it fails, if they didn’t already know they can get it done. JBLU had a team of old DOJ guys working for them and they talk to their buds at the current DOJ, they know what they are buying
