Radio silence
 

I was recently invited for an interview. I sent in some possible dates and times and haven't heard anything from Spirit confirming or cancelling.
The first date I sent in is sneaking up so I'm getting a little concerned by not hearing back from anyone.
Is this normal?
There wasn't a phone number in the email invite. Can anyone shoot me a PM with some contact info to reach out to?

Wish I could help, I don’t have an answer for you, but do you mind if I ask how long after your phone screen it took for you to get an interview invite? I did mine yesterday and they said I would hear back end of week at the latest, but a buddy of mine got the interview more or less immediately after the end of the phone screen.

I have the phone interview tomorrow. Says it’s supposed to be 30 mins.. I’m assuming it’s just a phone screening? And questions like why spirit? This sound about right?

I did mine somewhat recently and was offered in person interview dates to choose from immediately.

You guys doing phone interviews are doing it wrong... attend an upcoming meet the chiefs and get a instant CJO on the day, instead of waiting for a FLL interview slot and then waiting for cjo.

I’m in the same boat. Got offered an interview during my phone interview, got my schedule then picked an interview date, and haven’t heard from them about a confirmation. Still a month out from the date I chose so hopefully we hear something.

I haven’t seen any MTC dates advertised.

Next ones are in March on the 15th and 16th in Atlanta. If you’re good at the event you’ll get a CJO and class date on the spot rather than waiting longer thru the formal interview process

Not really. Clicked apply on a Tues night, HR emailed me the next morning, phone interview Thurs afternoon. Chose the earliest in person interview I could make, got the CJO and picked a class date before leaving FLL. From clicking apply to class date: 7 weeks.
If it weren’t for a family vacation I had booked it would’ve been less than 4 weeks from applying to a class date they offered.
So— don’t wait for a MTC, but if you’re not getting any email/phone action def attend one.

You will. They’re prob just backed up with peeps ahead of you. I had a few instances of radio silence during the process but HR got to me, albeit sometimes seemingly last minute.
