since you actually went to the Jetblue/Spirit merger trial, what’s your gut feeling telling you on when we’re going to hear some results?

My guess had been by Jan 19, although I gave high odds to the ruling being released this last week. I will stick with that, but my confidence in a quick judicial decision is decreasing.
I've never watched anything similar before so I've had to go with Judge Young's history of getting out decisions rather quickly. Most of the heavy lifting on decisions is done by Judge Young's clerks.

some quick googling suggest a Federal bench ruling takes anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks so I guess this is still within the ballpark.
