maybe the DOJ and Spirit/JetBlue would be willing to have this appeals tried on Judge Judy. That would be a show!

Do not give the judge or the DOJ any ideas they haven't already thought of.

Too much bias. The judge flies JetBlue frequently between HPN and PBI.
