Is this an acceptable offer?
-JB at DOS plus whatever Ind Avg % .
-Up to 12% DC (no much more than what we have now)
-Retro pay (cheap SI bonus)
-Retain all rules.
-Improvements on LTD maybe STD as well.
Personally, I'm a NO.
This is just a talking from rumors. Nothing official.

So our goal is to be average. That's all you need to say. Get a notary and some pens, we're ready to sign this puppy.
I think being average amongst the Big Four narrow bodies isn't a bad place to be. Average amongst JetBlue, Virgina America, Allegiant and Frontier is.

Maybe I misread your post, but you said "12%DC, which is not much better than what we have now". We don't have any DC, it's just a match. To get DC, would be much better in my opinion. I do agree 12% is a little low. I also agree with Putzin. Probably pass 70/30.
I hope you guys are wrong, I think the training agreement, the rejection of the Delta TA, the fight at Southwest and the threat from Republic to declare chapter 11 will embolden a lot of pilots here. I hope I'm not proven wrong.

I can't believe nobody has brought up our relief payments! Just listened to JA's podcast saying those who haven't received their payment will receive it in their next check. Has anyone received payment yet? If so, what is it?
