Yes, I am degree'd. ERAU. Never bought a job or flew a CRJ.
The poor construction of my response, "hires with no degrees" should show what a "genius" I am ...haha

This is for NCCs filled out during the meltdown, so NCCs in response to the relief that was given.

The overall relief for the entire pilot group still hasn't been decided/agreed on.

I'm familiar with "children of the glass", but what is the green line?

We ain't getting anything, time will just click on by and they'll figure we'll forget about it. Or, maybe we'll get a pizza party in the crew room.

That is why we don't give anything up in our contract. It is time to stop playing "ball" with the company. What has bending over backwards for the company gotten this union; a new contract? Next time they want Emergency Relief; I say get the compensation in writing.

200% pay for the entire month for the entire pilot group would have been acceptable with Junior Man pay being 400% for the entire month.

200% all month and 400% junior man is a pipe dream. A beautiful pipe dream but itll never happen. I've heard rumor of a day off or a share of stock. Neither of which I care for. How about management just agree on a beneficial contract to the pilots?

Well, we bail them out every day in our own ways...2 hour extensions, arranging our own hotels, calling when we are not listed on the DH flight... How about we stop doing everyone else's job and just worry about our own... A few days of that and maybe the company will get the hint.

A day off? Lmfao, denied, below minimum reserve level.
Imagine all of us trying to take days off, it's enough to throw this fragil sh*t show into another irop.
