I would try and get your hands on their Contract. I have read through it several times and they have some really strong language! With the exception of the transition, the company to every extent possible must have FIVE! days off before a set of work days, with an absolute minimum of FOUR. That alone right there is a thing of beauty. There is a ton of soft time too. I know this may or may not help you, especially considering I am not a Spirit pilot, lol but just figured I would tell you to see if you can get a copy of the contract

Life here is pretty good. FYI, it's four days off between pairings. Guess it depends on where you came from and what you're looking for. If you want a place with lots of movement, planned growth and a pretty fast upgrade- Spirit is your place. Although, all that could change with a merger or oil spiking....

And when my wife asked, "what do you do at work on those four days between trips?", I told her nothing, you sit at home, she's getting more and more excited about this!

I leave tomorrow morning for a 5 day trip, but come 1 Feb, when I'm sitting around the house, she's gonna say the same thing, "don't you have a trip or something to go on?"
Hmmm, there is Barber or Road Atlanta...
