I don't like seeing anyone ripping "AeroCrewSolut". He's a stand up guy and after attending the Job Fair in Jan. I got the Spirit interview and he took a last minute request from me to prep me for the interview and I got the job. Obviously Spirit sees his good character and integrity and that's why SF sends her staff to his job fairs. My testimonial is on his website!

With what you wrote, it doesn't sound like you are a father. Telling someone to skip their girl's first birthday to attend a job fair is the dumbest advice in this thread. Who cares if he is a father or not? He has his opinion, as this is a forum and people share their opinions. Again, if we were keeping score on less than popular opinions, the score would be ShyGuy-2,000 and Forum-1 Your ramblings never cease to amaze me. |

Depends. I live in base so my QOL is the best it's ever been in my 7 years as an airline pilot. I lived in base with XJT but Being junior here and living in base beats the sheeeeeet out of my QOL at XJT DTW/ORD Can hold either one within a few months, if not out of training. Upgrade times are going to 2011 hires, but of course, subject to change Crew morale seems to be great! everyone seems really happy. F/Aare great and treat the pilots with respect. (Not used to that) Contract/work rules are great, could use a nice bump in pay and up the 401 contributions come 2015 |

Thanks meatballs. I've been looking through a lot of the threads about spirit and your contributions are extremely helpful. I have the time their looking for but my problem seems to be no internal recs. Not sure how much weigh that carries. Thanks again and beers on me if I get the job....Cheers

Just wondering how senior or junior LAS is. Is it possible to hold LAS right out of new hire training?
Wow, 2011 hires getting upgrades is incredibly fast! Looks like a fabulous place to be... |
