I received an email with a link that was both personality, strongly agree: agree; somewhat agree; somewhat disagree; disagree; strongly disagree. As well as a cognitive.
I took the test about a week and a half after I received the email. Hoping they call but I don't k me if it looked bad that it took so long to take it.

Unfortunately, that's the new normal in pilot contract negotiations for every airline. Status Quo. If the pilots picked up X hours of overtime flying before entering contract negotiations, they're expected to continue to pick up X hours of overtime flying.

Status Quo, as interpreted by the courts, was a sudden drop in overtime hours. Along those same lines, a sudden increase in aircraft write-ups also violates the Status Quo during contract negotiations.
Like it or not, if you flew 90 hrs/mo before contract negotiations and you're now flying 70 hrs/mo, the court is going to find against you because you've violated the Status Quo. Read the prior rulings.

Guys let's not give them more fuel to the fire. APC chooses to be an "anonymous" site open to anyone that may or may not be airline pilots or people posing as airline pilots. How a judge can use Swiss cheese proof as a bunch of screen shots of posts potentially from airline management themselves or my 15 yr old neighbor is hard to comprehend.
Either way, it happened and APC chooses this format because it allows the most amount of users which generates the most amount of dollars. It's too bad, really. Let's not let management control the rhetoric but let's also not engage them with retorts to their blatantly obvious trolling posts.

Well we could use that perfectly good, so-called "Verified Spirit Pilots Only" forum. But no... we choose to all be idiots here and let ourselves be trolled by management, reporters, and our very own.
