Default Gallup Test Problem

Hi, I had taken the Gallup test a couple of months ago when I applied for the first time, I applied the day before yesterday and got the link for the test but when I tried to take it I got the message that i had already taken it. I wrote they said I could write Spirit to let them know I already took it within one year. Anybody has had this before? Where you able to contact HR? Thanks!

Can't answer your question but that test is as annoying and dumb as that UA Hogan test (which I also failed). Sorry, just venting. lol

If you already did the test It should still be good and in the system. It’s just a matter of updating your app. If it’s a matter that you can’t resubmit your app then you will need to get a reset. If that doesn’t work just use another email and reapply. Keep records of the first application and the issues you had just in case you get asked about it later. Find a meet and greet, go to it and make sure you explain the situation just in case there is an issue with the system when they look at it.

Ditto, last week...First time I took it I got an immediate TBNT, however this time around I haven't heard anything after taking it back in May.

You’re too smart to work here, but the crews are great!

I called the company that administers the test because I had the same issue. They said if you have taken it within the past year your results carry over to the new application so there’s no need to take it again.
