Spirit application question

Does anybody have any info on this:

When applying to Spirit online... my application is apparently incomplete. The website says to keep hitting the next button until the "Thanks for applying page" shows. This page will not come up, I have entered all the required information, and I have tried on several different browsers. What is going on here?

Also, the website asks you to upload a file of your resume. I recently logged onto the application page and uploaded the most recent file of my resume. So now under my profile there is a file of my older resume and my most recent resume... however, there is no way that I can see to remove the old file.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, I feel like an idiot because this process should be simple but for some reason it is anything but simple.

Your application process should be a good indicator of what to expect if you decide to come here.

It's been a long time, but I seem to remember the link for the test showed up in my junk mail folder.

I received and completed the test, that's the weird thing...

I think that application process is doing you a favor. You really want to think about why you would want to come here. I can't imagine what I would say on an interview if asked "Why Spirit?"

If you want to feel like you're doing the guy a favor and at the same time feel like you're serving your purpose in the fight against mgt, maybe you should encourage him to get his free type and leave.

You are on to something there......But still "Why Spirit?" I can't think of anything except because I hope eventually one of the legacies buys us to say.

I see it like this... If you're at a lousy regional or corporate gig and you want out, Spirit can be a much better deal. I've done both and I'm much happier here. Do we have the best contract? Everyone knows that we don't. Is coming here a gamble? Yes, but so was SWA and FedEx at one point. I have a few lines in the water as do most other FOs around here. If a bigger fish bites, I'm gone. If I don't get any bites, I can still retire here not on food stamps or a schedulers b!#¢h. As far as the contract goes, this group won't ratify a POS deal. It's going to get better. You do what you need to do to support your family and progress your career. As far as the why Spirit question... As long as you don't sound like a flight risk, I'm sure you'll be fine.

There is more accuracy and wisdom in this statement than anyone on the outside can comprehend.

Spirit is known to change the app process online many times. Can you try to make another account with a different email? I know some people have to do this to make it work.
