Not sure what”hard fly” is. A normal, scheduled 75-80 hr line just pays straight time correct? So just flying your “line” you eont make extra.

Right. It only affects time picked up above your regular line. I was trying to clarify that note which could be confusing. The pay rates on the site are accurate, the premium pay stuff has a lot of different rules and one could really get into the weeds. It's also important to know that the premium pay rules were improved with an LOA that has an expiration date.
The company operates on the assumption that pilots will always be available and willing to voluntarily pick up trips for time and a half because we all need money so badly. So far it has been working for them. That may not always be the case.

really difficult flying. The company publishes a “hard flying” index calculator. Example;
New inexperienced F/O raised the index
captains that are placed on the A-hole list raised the index.
certain hard airports that are difficult to land at. (NDB, VOR approaches, complex taxi diagrams, and un-lighted tower NOTAMS)
Cities that are know to have bad weather raised the index
and any other routes that have a high “I Need a beer after that day” ratio. That are reviewed by the “hard flying” committee.
