Is your wallet really starting to smell better than Delta Pilots?
Any word on a TA? You guys deserve it if you are getting a respectable contract.

Agreement in principle so far. TA should be coming as language gets finalized. “Better than Delta” part that is floating around is a little misleading, but rates aren’t bad at all. The end of contract (DOS+3) rates are better than Delta’s current 73 rates. By then Delta will probably have new rates, so I doubt there will be a moment Sunny pays more per hour than Delta. Not to mention all the other elements of the Delta contract that will still be very much ahead. If this agreement turns into a TA that passes, it will be a huge leap forward and I commend the negotiating team for outstanding work.

Agreement in Principle, and from what I understand all direct contributions now (no match required) DOS 13%, DOS+1 14%, DOS+2 15%. I don't know about LTD

When the 3.5 rig. True 5 hour min day, 15%DC, 290+ an hour, the premium pay letter (150%) and the 200% reschedule add flying language, and all the other soft money possibilities kick in. The premium pay and reschedule is day one. The other stuff ramps up or phases in at a set date. The money and retirement will be pretty good. The MEC and negotiating committee did an outstanding job.

The first 30 days you can use sick or vacation time to supplement, days 31-90 you get 52.5 hours per month (105 total). Day 91 through 24 months. It pays 60% of previous 12 months salary up to 10k for 24 months.
