I used https://www.aviationinterviews.com/ to prepare for mine.
Excellent gouge, the best info for what to expect is on there.
We started around 7:45am and were done by 11:30am.
The panel is two pilots, one retired in my case, and the interview is very much a get to know you and scenario/TMAAT-based deal, no technical or GeeWhiz stuff.
Treat it like a big legacy interview as far as prepping your suit, stories, logbooks and documents so you look and sound the part.
They're offering to pay you, essentially, legacy $ to fly a legacy jet after all!
I interviewed in the middle of the week, was called with the CJO the following Monday.
I had a great experience all around.
Good luck!

Most of it wasn't "too bad". One portion I did, I misread the directions, answered incorrectly for the entirety of the test (I think).
It has a few tests on "how quick do you recognize the correct/incorrect answer on screen", and some on memorization of random patterns or words, etc.
I'm not aware of anything online that replicates "what it's like" so to speak, but I don't think any prep is necessary to score appropriately on it.
Aviation interviews had a write up that described the tests in a bit better detail.

Just curious, how come Sun Country is the only major LCC to hire at RATP / Commercial level? (other than the flight school deals the other places have)
Is this decided upon by each company’s management or insurance requirements or something else? With the new contract it doesn’t seem to be needed but even before COVID I think Sun Country advertised RATP mins for FO.

I don't have any experience with those, but I probably wouldn't bother spending the money unless you think your interview skills need more polish than the average pilot. The interview is very casual and straightforward. A little bit of "tell me about yourself," a few "what would you do" and "tell me about a time" questions and you're done. And then the cog screen, but that is no big deal, and no way to prepare for it anyways. The aviationinterviews website has a good list of the questions you can expect.
